Edgewood Children's Ranch
August 13, 2020 – Orlando Fl: Edgewood Children’s Ranch (the Ranch) is a refuge of hope for at-risk families and children. Edgewood seeks to equip and empower at-risk children and their families with the education and spiritual guidance needed to live a purposeful and transformed life. In March of this year, the Ranch experienced a computer server failure to their network connection that was running the phone system. With the server down, Edgewood was at a stand-still. Mauricio from Glowlight, LLC headed out to the facility to see how he could get the system restored. This was the first time Glowlight had viewed the system. After reviewing the system, Mauricio and the Glowlight team suggested that Edgewood go to a cloud-based phone system. With the setup of the new phone system, Glowlight helped the Ranch improve the call routing experience for their staff, donors, volunteer and Rancher families.
